We price residential & commercial projects on a per-window basis. Oversized windows and windows on the second story of your home or business could possibly be more expensive to clean than moderately sized first floor windows. Depending upon which services you would like us to perform, our per-window price will include both exterior and interior cleaning of the window, also the cleaning of the window sill/base. We charge an additional fee for cleaning window screens if you choose to do that. These prices below are a *ballpark price* for you to go on and prices are subject to change. 

Double/Single Hung Windows - Top & Bottom cleaned inside & out, wipe off the window base/sill. - $17.00.

Doors - Inside & Out - Starting at $8.00 and up, depending on the type of door.

French-Pane Windows - Inside & Out $2.50 per pane or square and up, depending on the size and location. 

Picture/Bay/Geometric Windows - Inside & Out - $30.00 and up, depending on size and location.

Casement Windows - Inside & Out - $12.00 and up, depending on the size and location.

Transom Windows - Inside & Out - Starting at $8.00 and up, depending on the size and location.

Solar Panels - Wash the solar panel - Starting at $25.00 and up, depending on size and location.

Skylights - Inside & Out - Starting at $40.00 and up, depending on the size and location of the skylight.

Window Screen Cleaning - Dry Brush or Wash with Screen Washer - $5.00 - $10.00, depending on the size of the screen. *See Professional Equipment Used page of this website for more details.

Window Sill/Base Cleaning - $0.00 - No charge, comes with standard inside & out window cleaning.

Window/Glass Restoration - Removal of stains or hard water from the window - Starting at $35.00 and up.

Commercial Windows - Starting at $10.00 and goes up, depending on size and location, this is for cleaning inside & out.

Exterior Window Cleaning Only - Starting at $12.00 per window, depending on the size and location. Customer will have to remove screens if there are any, so we can gain access to the windows.

* We do have a $299.00 MINIMUM on all our window cleaning services here locally in Lexington, unless bundled with other services. The cost outside of Lexington could be more depending on where you live and the distance to travel.
